Create the payment part of a Swiss QR bill in a minute. For associations, small businesses and private individuals.
The QR bill is created in your browser. We don't store or transmit any details.
IBAN, name and address of the person or association receiving the money. Your account's regular IBAN is enough.
Amount, purpose and, if you like, the payer's address. The preview shows the payment part right away.
Print the payment part at the bottom of an A4 page, or save it as PDF in the print dialog and send it by email.
For most associations the regular IBAN of the club account is enough. A QR-IBAN has a bank number between 30000 and 31999 (digits 5 to 9). It is used together with a 27-digit QR reference so the bank can match payments automatically. You request a QR-IBAN from your bank.
The message is free text for the payer, for example "Membership fee 2027". A reference is a number for automatic matching: the QR reference with a QR-IBAN, or the international RF creditor reference with a regular IBAN. Without accounting software you usually don't need a reference.
The payment part is 210 × 105 mm and belongs at the bottom of an A4 page. Perforated paper is handy for postal mail. If you send the bill as PDF by email, the dashed line with the scissors symbol shows where to cut. Most members simply scan the QR code with their banking app.
A single QR bill is quick. For 100 members it gets tedious. With Membear you send every annual invoice in one go, with QR bill, TWINT and online payment, and see right away who has paid. The basic plan is free.
