As an association management platform, we process member data on behalf of our customers (associations). This includes personal data such as names, contact details, membership information, payment information and other data relevant to the association. Processing takes place on the basis of the agreement between the association and its members.
We act as a data processor for the associations that use our software. The associations remain the data controllers in the sense of data protection law.
