What does the association software cost?
The core version is free and includes the essentials for running your association. Paid plans exist for larger organisations with advanced needs.
How do we collect membership fees?
Create and send contribution invoices from Membear. Members can pay by bank transfer or online via zahls.ch, and you can match payments to invoices.
Can we import existing member data?
Yes. Import members from Excel or CSV using our template so you can migrate without retyping.
How do new members sign up?
You get a dedicated registration form to embed or link on your website. You are notified, review submissions, and approve members when you are ready.
How does the zahls.ch integration work?
After connecting your zahls.ch account in settings, you can accept online payments and reconcile them with invoices automatically.
Can we manage different membership types?
Yes. Create membership types with different fees — for example active, passive, honorary, or junior members.
Can we send bulk emails?
Yes. Send email to all members or selected groups. Invoices can also be sent automatically by email.
