Membear is a free service available to all Swiss associations. To ensure fair and sustainable operation, the following principles apply:

• The software may only be used for legitimate association purposes
• One account per association is permitted
• Sharing access credentials with third parties is not allowed
• Automated bulk requests are prohibited

2. Usage restrictions

In the event of misuse, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend access temporarily or permanently
• Restrict features
• Take legal action

3. Availability

We strive for high availability, but cannot guarantee it.

4. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms of service when necessary.
